Is it just me, or does anyone else find it strange that the EU is so adamant about MS removing the Media Player, and MS is so adamant about keeping it in place? [http://forums.massassi.net/html/confused.gif]

Call me crazy, but I'm rather fond of the media player, it's the only player I have that finds all my music info for me.

Erm... any good media player will find info for your music:

Winamp
iTunes
Media Player Classic
RealOne (*shudder*)
Tons of freeware software
Tons of Linux programs
etc etc etc.

Anyway, loss of Windows Media Player isn't a big hit for me. I'll stick to Media Player Classic.

Freaky thing is, I had a song, named Too_Many_Notes.mp3 No clue how I got it. I loved the song. Then one day I burn it to a CD, I put the CD in my PC, play it in Winamp, it knew the name of the song and all that good stuff.

Tried Winamp and iTunes, they both left half of my library without info.

Of course they are! Attacking American companies in a noble cause for them. I think Microsoft should just cease exporting their products to Europe. Then the problem would be solved.
