Okay, so I have a little bit of a problem.

I'm the only one who really uses this comp. My dad gets on occassionally to work on stuff, and when he does, he sometimes rummages through net archives.

Here's my problem: This computer has now TWICE been found to be infected with teh pron, and I'm not looking at it.

Question is, are there any adware/spyware programs that would make the comp do this? If so, how do I get rid of them?

Any help would be much appreciated - I think my dad thinks I'm the one looking for it, and that means trouble for me.

Sure, blame it on the spyware...


Use Adaware or Spybot Search & Destroy. If that fails, reinstall.

Some pop-up sites automatically install a 'dialer' for pr0n. It's annoying and usually means you were looking at it, or some kind of warez.
