Interesting, though some of those headers on the left confuse me. Yahoo? KOP? Why are they in a Massassi mail thingy?

Does this mean that the @massassi.com email addresses will be returning? Or will this be just for staff?

Hehe, I was afraid you all might get that impression.

I'm afraid it's simply a custom stylesheet for www.fastmail.fm. They recently added a file-storage feature for paid users, which makes it easier to use your own stylesheets with it. Free-account users can too, but they have to store them on their own computer, which has never worked for me with Firebir...er...fox. Although, if you don't use SSL for their webmail, you could use Proxomitron to swap stylesheets. Or, hey, you might even be able to override the stylesheet in Firebox...fox...fox. *ahem* Or you could get a paid account, but that's up to you, of course. Personally, I've never had a better e-mail service. Retrieves my Massassi.net e-mail, filters spam, etc. Unfortunately, the stylesheet won't do any good outside of FastMail, so...

You mean @massassi.net, right? Isn't massassi.com some porn site?

At any rate, I got an email from a @massassi.com address with a possible virus in it--everyone be careful.

Thanks. Makes me feel really old to have people around here that have never heard of the Massassi.com email addresses. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]

Brian owns Massassi.com, Massassi.net, and Massassi.org. The .net addresses are, and always have been, reserved for staff members. But there was a time when anyone could sign up for an username@massassi.com address. I had one, and just about everyone else who was a forum regular had one too. But then, the free service that brian used as the email server stopped being free, and all the accounts were terminated.

The return address on that email is definately faked, the .com addresses dont exist anymore. Probably someone still has that address listed on a website or in an address book somewhere, and the virus just decided to use it as the return address.

DSettahr meant what he said.

@massassi.net is for staff

there was a period a few years back where regular members could get a @massassi.com email address. massassi.com is one of Brian's "other" domains.
