Oh my god

This isn't the first time they've tried this either. A similiar thing happened in 2002 with the SUPREME COURT CASE Kirk v. Louisiana.

And concerning the Gould case, there are quite a few things in there that the police did that they aren't allowed to do by federal law.

That was the purpose of warrants!

And they just took away one of those checks and balances.

It takes about 15 seconds for it to load for me(don't know why) and I'm using DSL. Are you on dial-up?

It finally loaded took more than a minute though.

It seems like a gray area thing to me. The police had permission to enter the home and look for the guy, but it does open the door for abuses as well.

I've said it once, and I'll say it again. Louisiana is full of a bunch of idiots. I told you.

But I'm not even ticked about what happened, I'm ticked about how badly the police could now abuse a situation like that.

If by Louisiana then you mean the rest of the damn country then yes, you're absolutly right.

That's horrible.

I can't imagine it'll stand.

So long as it's not abused, I see no problem. Personally, I'm looking forward to some JA cop violating my rights someday so I can sue the hell out of somebody and retire.
