My wife told me something about KaZaa, something that it's now completely legal to download music at your leisure without worry of legal action. Is this true? I hear it also applies to WinMX and other Peer to Peer programs....

Can anyone confirm this?

Nope, there is still heavy legal action going on, its jsut taking a back seat since its been really monotonous lately.
