Actually I found an option to disable viewing other peoples sigs in the user cp.

No more crappy snail races, no more TheJKWhoSaysNi's broken box, no more twisteduprising's mile long sig, no more obscure movie quotes, no more links to peoples 10,000 JK projects, no more over-used quotes, no more crappy jokes, no more Elana14's dead employees and no more council of 14.
