To turn off automatic thread subscription? It's getting really ****ing annoying. Help appreciated

when you post, before you hit submit, unclick the box that says send replies. also in your user cp, it should show the threads u have posted in. click unsubscribe there as well

user cp, unsubscribe to any thread you're already subscribed to, then in the 'edit options' page turn off 'Use Email Notification by default?.
