As far as i've read the following occurs
You order a new ATi card (whatever you wish)
They charge you the full price for the ATI card you ordered plus a security deposit.
You can try out your new ATi card they sent you and see if its worth upgrading too.
Once you decide to, you mail your old card back to ATI, and they refund the security deposit + the value they have for your old ATI card.
So in my case i Have the 9800 pro 128mb
it's valued at $199.99 on ATi site
(edit) misread the tradein price
if i decide to buy the x800 128mb ($399)
And return my card, i end up paying $200 to upgrade.
is that correct or did i misread this program rules?
