Ok, last Sunday at a football (American) game I was playing in, i went out onto the field to play my position. Offensive lineman. I walked up to the line of scrimmage when my coach yells out: OFFENSIVE LINE! GET OUT HERE! because my team has a way of being idiots and not paying attention. Here's where it gets weird. I thought: ok, i'm out here...wait...AM I REALLY OUT HERE?! AM I HAVING AN OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE!? i quickly felt for my jersey and pads, and noticed that i really was on the field. BUT! Was i me? Sam, the offensive left guard? Was i Devin to Quarterback and didn't know it? I looked down onto my jersey....only to find out it had 13 written, that's my number. I then snapped back into reality, the whole ordeal taking like...10 seconds. But i was freaked out. so. Tell me. DOES THIS SCREAM THAT I'M A PSYCHO OR NOT?!

I've had that happen to me a couple of times while jogging. It's just hormones your body releases sometimes when you're doing exercise.
