Anybody play Call of Duty? SWEET GAME! I was reading an article in PC Magazine (My dad subscribed for himself, I just read it when I'm bored), and there is an expansion coming out for it. It looks so sweet! There are going to be flamthrowers and new stuff in it. It's about 30% comple I think it said, and may be realeased this Fall of 2004.

Anyway, post comments on this if you want.

Btw, what's everyone's favorite level?

I loved the game. The US campaign gave me a BoB feel. The Brit campaign was a lot like MoH, but the bridge levels were awesome. The Russian campaign was just wow. I'll be all over an expansion when it comes out.

Yeah, Call of Duty is a way cool game. I havn't beat it yet, but my favorite level is the American car chase one. It's so cool that when you shoot the driver of one of the German cars chasing you, it stops steering and eventually crashes into something! Listening to the other two G.I.s in your car is pretty funny too.

"OK Johnson, we lost them. You can slow down now."

*sharp turn comes up*

"Johnson, slow down!!"

*car nearly drives off the road*

Johnson: "Slow down, oh yeah. Sorry Sarge."

My favourite level was the start of the Russian campaign and the taking of Red Square.

That game was really good, but far too short. I'm glad there is an expansion coming out, I hope it will contain a lot of new levels.

I loved CoD but Why can't I use Kar98k ammo in the Scoped Kar98k?

I've only played the two demos so far but I loved them both - and this coming from a guy who typically hates war games. It just flows so well.

Maybe one of them loaded single bullets and the other used a magazine? I can't remember [http://forums.massassi.net/html/redface.gif]

Favourite level though, that would either be holding the bridge with the Brits (when the music started to play was fantastic) or the opening to the Russian campaign.

My favorite campaign was the American one. There was too little teamwork in the majority of the Brit campaign, and after the Red Square level, the map design became bland and uninteresting, until the end with the tank levels and the Berlin level.

Thats good news. It was too bad that the original game only had one Battle of the Bulge map for each country. (Well I guess the Russian mission wasnt exactly the Battle of the Bulge.)

Yes indeed, this expansion WILL rock. It's going to have 3 new campaigns. Plus, they're still making a sequel to it too.

I hated the British campaign in CoD though, it was too MoH like and tedius.

Loved it!

I also loved how the game ran on my 9200se 128MB (crappiest crap you can buy) at 1024x768x32 with EVERYTHING max (minus AA and AF). 20fps lowest. 90+ highest! Average is around 50fps. Insane.
