Who the Charles Dickens is voting for Last Crusade??? Granted it was a pretty good movie because Connery was in it but Raiders was the best. By a lot.

Last Crusade i think just barely edges out Raiders of the Lost Ark. They're both excellent. Temple of Doom jsut plain sucked for an Indiana jones movie. In the words of me:

Raiders.....just. Both it and Crusade are just wonderful.

A lot of people bash Temple, but in it's own right it's better than most movies out there.....just not most Indy movies, hence the problem.

I didn't really like indiana jones movies. They seemed sort of boring, to me. Like one of the many crappy western movies. I'm a big fan of GOOD western movies, not the repeats.

Then again, I guess Temple of Doom was the first real action movie I ever saw. Still, it's Starwars-gimmicky, but without Jedi or mass-gun/blasterslinging. I just can't get into tribal evils and curses and the whole tomb-raiding thing.

Since no ones mentioned, the Young Indy's were actually pretty good. Nowhere near the standards of the movies, but still decent in their own right. I loved how they always managed to introduce some major historical figure into just a 1.5 hour movie/show - that takes some skill. Some of the better ones were Trenches of Hell and Daredevils of the Desert.

Catherine Zeta Jones was so hot in that episode.

Anyway, I'd have to vote for Raiders just because it doesn't really drag at all, whereas Crusade does in a few places. Plus, in my opinion, Raiders of the Lost Ark is arguably one of the few movies in the history of cinema which makes every, single scene as memorable as the last. The film just does not fail in any aspect. That's why a seuqel would almost certainly fail to live up to expectations.

In the end, I <3 RAiders.
(But Crusade still r0xs my s0xs)

Just love the part where the tank goes over the cliff and it zooms in on the guy's face as it goes down. Hurray for old school special effects!
