If it costs 999 for one whatever-it-is-they-use-in-Turkey of petrol, then why the hell are there 3 decimal places? :confused:

I believe they use . and , like we do in Germany and thus you pay 999k Turkish Lira for a litre

(~0.60EUR a litre)

because in turkey (and some other countries) . and , are backwards.

999.000 is nearly a million. whereas 999,000 would be 3 decimal places.
