I hate today. It's so annoying to watch peurile senses of humour make very, very poor attempts of embarrassment to one and all. In fact, I'd rather see this date officially removed and stuck on the end, or abolished completely.

It's short, but it's annoying. Anyone have bad experiences today, or for that matter, "jokes" that backfired or just plain didn't work?

April 1st use to be a great time on the Internet, now...it's dumb.

I think every single site I've visited has done 1, if not many, jokes and stupid stuff...and I haven't laughed once. It's too predictable now...

Nothing really interesting happened at school. And thank god too. Trying to appeal to someone's gullibility by using one or two lines is lame. For instance, my friend got a 75 cent drink at lunch and I didn't even remember it was April Fool's.

Him: Hey, they're charging 3 bucks for these drinks.

Me: No they aren't

Him: No, really, they are

Me: Bull****

Him: Damn it!

April Fools is the lamest day on the calendar. April Fools is the one day you shouldn't do any tricking or pranking because it is the day when it is predictable. I prefer to do my pranking without anyone expecting it.

I tell my friend, whom I will call Evan that our debate/forensics coach needed to see him after school and that he seemed angry. Well, we wait in the coach's room for a while and he completely believes it. But then, my lockerpartner and friend of both of ours (who I will call Nazi) comes in. We're talking for a good five minutes when I decide to go see why our coach was taking so long. I see the coach in the hall, and I say, "Hey, could you act angry I told Evan that you needed to see him as a prank..." and I turn to see Evan standing there. Nazi TOLD him that I was pulling this prank and so he followed me. If Nazi had kept his big mouth shut, it would have worked.

I got the last laugh. Let's just say that tommorrow morning Nazi will find his books on the hall floor and not in our locker.
