Well all access to the internet is blocked at my college, unless I route it through a proxy. :p

Get the Warppipe Devs to add proxy support and I'll reconsider... actually, that's not such a bad idea... *registers forum account*

I've thought about trying it with Mario Kart, but My gamecube is quite a long ways away from my computer. I don't really feel like buying 25+ feet of crossover cable for something I probably won't use very much.

well you could spend like $70 on a wireless adapter... ok so that's not a very good idea....

unless you plan to get an xbox and play on live

Yeah, I also heard they have DVD players outside of PS2's now.

Yeah, you really shouldn't compare them like that.. XBox was designed with internet support in mind, and the Gamecube was designed to have the adapter. That's just how it is. This program lets gamecube people play over the internet and find people better.

Different companies do things different ways. Nintendo was lagging a bit, so this was created to help catch it up to your precious XB(ear)ox.

the problem with xbconnect ... is it tends to lag like crazy and only halo is being played with it... also it can be a pain in the *** to find a working game

i hope this warp pipe thing is done better
