I am going to die I think. I am living off a diet of red bull, amped, and coffee.

Since Tuesday, total hours of sleep = 12

Some of you have probably gladfully noticed, cause I dont even go to the chat anymore. So far these classes are kicking me in the ***:

Digital Logic - I heard it was supposed to be easier then curcuits, but its not. This logic thing is not me.

Diff Eq: Our University is weeding out all the excellent instructors, leaviing us to suffer with professors who havent taught in 20 years. I have learnt **** in 3 weeks.

Physics: Teacher thinks we all should be at MIT. There is a reason why I didnt get in :P

Post you.

Psyc, not because it's hard, but because I'm not interested in it.

Maths and Further Maths (basically a full A-level in a year), Plysics and Chemistry. The course is fine. Can't say the same about the teachers, though.
Hey, Blue? I'm loving the things you do. From the very first time, the fight you fight for will always be mine.

Bioethics is the only one I really don't want.

English is my next least favorite, but I can live with it. I've got a good teacher.

Physics would be my top favorite, if Calculus wasn't easier (watch -- I've just jinxed myself). In Physics, I tend to run into a few more hard spots where I don't know what to do than calc.

Math 110.

It's really HS-level algebra I, but I still hate it. it's my 4th time taking the class. :(

My English teacher is a major disappointment.

I really loved how my English 2 Honors teacher was so professional, was great speaker, cared about each student, and set ambitious goals for us.

Now I get this really boring and lame English 3 Honors teacher who forgets that we're not 5th graders.

Matrices and Boundry Value Problems. Its so hard, most of you (even those of you in tech schools/programs) will probably never have to take it. I wish I didnt, the class is really kicking my butt, and its only the end of the first week.

Geometry, my teacher is really wierd and we are kind of far away from the school in a portable, i'm scarred!
I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

As a teacher I sympathise with all your pain.

Oh wait, no I don't. :p Watching students squirm in an exam or when you call on them in class is a severely underrated pleasure.

Intermediate Painting.
Renaissance Art.

Neither class is terribly hard but the work load is a bit rough. They aren't my only classes but the professors don't seem to notice that. Both senior level, so... it's to be expected I guess.

I shouldn't have slept in today, gotta do 2 paintings this weekend and finish another book. Wonder if I'm the only fine arts major here... only took one math class and it was a total cop-out called "Math for Liberal Arts Majors." I did a 15 page report on the golden measure in art.

dunno yet, I haven't seen my timetable, I expect compiler design will be the worst because the prerequisite is a module I took last year that I hated (even though I passed).

Finally, someone honest in your profession! :p

I hate Social Justice, a theology class.

1) I don't agree with it. It takes an oversimplified view at world problems.
2) It's boring, stupid, and pointless.

Let's see:

French

English

are all on my hate list. But I like Chemistry. :)

If this was a joke, then it would be friggin' hilarious. You might as well have a course called "Math for Future McDonalds Employees."

*note: despite what you may think is implied by this comment, I have nothing against people who take liberal arts.*

**note #2: haha, who the hell am I kidding. I'm an engineer. I'm SUPPOSED to hate you guys.**

Did you hear about this?
A guy was driving a big truck, and to get to the pay window, he couldn't get under the overhang thing, so he got out, and walked over.
Two cops saw him get out and walk over, and immediately arrested him because they thought he was going to rob the cashier.

Their proof?

The man was black.

It's a toss-up between Keyboarding I, Business Mathematics, or Business Communications.

In business mathematics we just finished going over turning written numbers into actual numbers (one = 1) and vice-versa, as well as how to add, subtract, multiply, and divide...

In Business Communications we just learned the different parts of speech (adjectives, adverbs, nouns, pronouns. verbs, etc...) our homework the other night was in a workbook, it gave us a word and we had to write it 9 times, then use it in a sentence, the page had like 10 words on it, and they were all spelt correctly right there....

Keyboarding I.... that's just self-explanatory.

I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW HARD COLLEGE IS! I don't think I can take any more of this...

Soon they'll be asking us to *gasp* write full sentences.... oh god the pressure!!! I don't think I can take it.

Oh, and in a book we have for our Microsoft Operating Systems class (it's an A+ book, but we aren't using it to study for the A+, but obviously can be used for it if we want to read it)... there's a caption that says "Two nearly identical Intel Pentium 4 processors -- running at 1.4 mhz and 1.6 mhz"...

The fact that they put mhz instead of ghz is just sad for an A+ book....

But what's worse.... the CPUs the caption was next too... were AMD Athlon XPs...

I saw that the other day and just laughed.

Discreet and Combinatorial Mathematics, AKA Math222... It's just soooo much fun. But the professor is like, the hottest teacher I've ever had. Rawr. She's the best reason I have to go to class.

Ah yea, statistics is so boring. In my AS modules last year, i got A in pure, B in mechanics and U in stats :p My teacher was well annoyed because its probably the easiest module. But i hate it because its so boring. I'll be retaking it in november.
