The guy who made these is a professional animator who used to work for Disney. The other ones he has on Newgrounds are really good too. The Prowlies one has amazing environment effects, especially the water. :D

Anyways, on the topic of quality web animations: Ninjai.

Yeah this guy is REALLY good. I love the concept and story of Bitey though, he's an awesome character, even if he is a bit of an *** :D. Definitely a quality animator. Pretty good at making his own music too.
