Anyone seen this yet? I didn't think it was as bad as the critics say. Then again, I didn't set my expectations high, while I was watching it.

I loved that movie and I bought it the day it came out.

I thought it sucked sweaty goat parts.
Think while it's still legal.

I really enjoyed it. It was true to the comic. That's all I can ask for.

I really liked it, kind of fell flat in some parts but it was enjoyable. I mostly like the direction of it, it was very refreshing of overdone cliches in today's movies. Ie: Guy loses girl, guy's mad, guy starts revenge, guy finds new girl, they get hot for one another, guy has some happy ending to his revenge, and girl and guy live happily ever after.

I'm glad it was so much different than that, even though the TV previews first set it up to be like a love story. I wonder if the people who made the TV spot were even involved with the production crew or read the script?

It was pretty entertaining. I liked how it was nice and unrelenting. You pretty much saw his family die on screen, it wasnt just eluded to.

Punisher is a very cool superhero, too. He's a ******* out for revenge, go him!

It's not about revenge, it's about punishment.

Now that you mentioned it Jedigreedo, I was kind of expecting Rebecca Romijin Stamos 's character to fall in love with Frank Castle. Fortunately, that didn't happen. One question though, how did the Frank support himself? Did he take some of the money from Saint?

Doesn't the soundtrack have Staind on it? That's like automatic SUCK right there.

Not to my knowledge. And you can always SKIP that one song since the cd has about 18 songs on it.

Yep. In the scene where he's in Saint's office and orders those guys to dump the cash, he puts some in a suitcase and takes it with him.

And dude, if it has Staind on there, that slowly poisons the CD, so that when you hear it you kill babies and then it goes into a long bout about making you do some virgin sacrifices, etc etc. Eventually you end up becoming the antichrist. So yeah, that's a no-can-do on the skipping Staind track.

Yeah...that was really terrible. While you have these explosions going off in some scenes they used "So Far Away" and made it look like a love movie by centering on the girl in the promo.

I don't mind the song that much even though it got old after the first few times I heard it, but it was the WORST choice for those promos. There was also Seether's "Broken" on the CD, but on the CD they used his girlfriend Amy Lee (from Evanescence) for back-up. So it also sounded like a love song! Doesn't make sense.

Forget the promo and focus on the awesomeness of the movie itself! I thought the tension between stamos and the main dude was great, and I'm glad they didn't get all lovey with the movie because it wouldn't have fit. Damn how many other movies can you watch someone get stabbed through their chin and see the knife in their mouth!? that is so damn cool

I thought it was ok, good but not great.
The action was pretty good, and I love how he got the information he needed frm that guy.
What dissapointed me in the movie was the end, where he kills the main bad guy (gasp spoilers! he kills the bad guy!)
The way he did it was very over the top and would've taken a lot of time to prepare, and is nothing like the Punisher I used to read.

SPOILERS

When the camera zooms out to reveal the full extent of his handiwork, showing the punisher symbol, I just couldn't help feeling how dumb and extra cheesey it was. It brought the whole movie down for me.

Whoa! When was that? The part where Castle takes the huge blade and chop it right into that guy's head was my favorite because it made me felt good inside. It was restitution for pulling out all those rings from that drop out.
