Pre-compiled version of GIMP

Do you know where I could find a pre-compiled version of GIMP?

At home I had Adobe Photoshop Elements, which was enough to screw around with graphics and everything. Now I'm at college, and I'm stuck with MS Paint. It annoys me, and I can't afford Adobe's crap.
