It's clever... By saying "ool" there is no P to complete the word. So it says "Notice there is no P in it. Let's try to keep it that way." P being representative of the word "pee."

And a note: If you cook beef ramen with about 1/8th cup sliced jalapeno peppers, strain it and then eat the now moist and tasty noodles... It WILL but the burn on. God my mouth is aching...
