This doesn't sound such has an open and closed case to me..

Maybe the costumes have changed, but I remebr seeing those things and they where pretty big and blukly, very much so in the head, hands and feet..

I think it would be pretty hard to 'feel' some one though it, and it would be pretty easy to touch some where were you didn't mean to,

so in short, I would see the costume before passing judgment and/or the pic of it happening

Yeah, but he 'battered' the mother. you dont just batter someone because you are in a bulky suit, and if it was an accident then he had no reason to hurt the mom. well he has no reason to hurt anyone, but crazy people do more crazy things when they get caught.

To me, battery means hitting someone multiple times with your fists or with a weapon, not merely touching them.


besides, there may be several guys in tigger suits wandering around the park causing mayhem. (it would be too hard to have one guy covering the entire park at once) How do they know it was him? (I'm assuming that each character isn't assigned to any one location at any given time)

Now, I understand a young girl perhaps being reluctant to speak after being molested... but the mother also didn't say anything until later? You'd think if she were being inappropriately touched, she'd speak up immediately for the sake of her child, at least.
