I'm about to buy an iRiver IHP-140. Only problem is, over here (Belgium) it's so dementedly expensive.

Over in America they're much cheaper, so naturally I'm thinking of buying them there. Even with oversees shipping it should be much cheaper than buying one here.

So I go through a few sites that compare prices of a lot of US internet companies.

First cheapest sites don't do international shipping.

I find another one that DOES international shipping for a fair price, but it hasreally ****ed up modus operandi: place your order, then send a copy of your ID and credit card to them for verification. I don't trust this so I decline.



Anyone know of any stores that

• do international shipping
• are cheap
• require ONE time visa number entry, then they take care of the rest. No fishy business

dabs maybe? they do all my stuff, but that's uk...

Apparently dabs only has the h300 series... Buying from the UK is a good idea and mp3players.co.uk offer them for a good price. I think I'll buy one from there.

UK shops should definitely start using Euro currency though, all this converting deceives me (stuff always looks so... cheap in pounds - but you know what they say: guys from the UK are kings of deception and all that).

Make sure you select the 'Available to' option when doing an eBay search, I promise you there are serveral 'Will ship worldwide'.

Watch out for duties though. I got slapped with a bill after I bought a sound card from the US (from Tracer Technologies).
