I think people make threads for stupid reasons to begin with. It seems like people make every single thread idea that comes to them. Seriously, if I did that? There'd be 20 more threads a week. People just post to post, which get's annoying after a while. Polls are just an extention of this. Very rarelly is a pole ACTUALLY helpful to the topic.
