I am trying to make the base go up on my pc headphones. I mean i use mixer but how can i turn the bass up.

Bass comes from a good sound card and a good subwoofer. As for headphones, you need a really good pair, and those cost $

I snagged an Audigy off NewEgg not but a month ago for 28 bucks USD.

I love it.

I bought a pair of Sony MDR-v150 headphones two days ago. Using the Surround Mixer utility that came when I installed the Audigy, I can boost the Treble and Bass. Sounds right good. Of course, it still pales when compared to my 5.1 system.
