I liked Aliens the most out of the series. Alien was good and innovative, and Alien 3 was a steaming pile. I haven't seen resurrection.

I'm putting Avp on the list too just for the hell of it.

Aliens definately wins, with Alien following up with a close second. And don't waste your time with resurraction, unless you simply HAVE to fond out what happens, becasue they toatlly screw up everything that was good about the first two (and maybe even three). :/

AvP was'nt wonderful, but it still had some memorable fight scenes and some big, bad Predator moves. If you're a die-hard fan of either the movies and/or the games, I'd go see it.

Just curious though, I know AvP was less gory than its predecessors, but don't you still think they were pushing it to give a PG-13 rating? It seemed fairly borderline to me.

Yeah. Aliens was easily the best. The series went downhill from there.

I voted for Aliens, however I enjoyed the original Alien a lot too. I've not seen the others entirely, but the parts that I did see were not too impressive.

I almost voted Alien, but I voted for Aliens instead. While I love the classic suspense/thriller feel of the original, the fact that I cant sit through Aliens without shouting "Kickass!" at least a dozen times sways my vote...

The studio cut the movie to make it PG-13, which ****ed up the story a lot, from what I've read. I really want to check out the director's cut

definitely. alien 3 sucked b/c half of the script consisted of various people saying "f***" with no good reason. I don't mind swearing in movies, but that was a ridiculous ammount.
Hell, I didn't even hear that much in my HS's locker room back in the day.

Alien and Aliens were both the excellent. The last two were utter crap.

That 30 sec flash version of alien ... you know with the bunnies...
