This poll is based off of CoDUO, just so you know. Anyone who has CoD and doesn't have United Offensive needs to go get it. Now. Also, is it just me or did the PPsh get nerfed/balanced in UO?

I'm a Submachine gunner.

Rifle. There's something really satisfying about beating a SMGer with a semi-automatic weapon at close range, or beating a sniper with a well-placed head shot and no scope at long range.

I think snipers are too glorified, so most people will choose that. But seriously, what the hell is a "support gunner"? I mean, really.

Support Gunner in CoD is the BAR. These days it's the soldier with the M249 SAW. They lay down cover fire while the squad moves, pin the enemy down or create a base of fir to keep the enemy from retreating, and so on.

I snipe with iron sights. Scopes block your view too much.

Without having even played CoD, I can safely say I would use an SMG. Rifles are to difficult to handle at close range, and I've never been a good sniper. I loath the limited mobility of the big MGs.

A support gunner is someone who uses the BAR, Bren, MP44, or PPsh.

I'm a support guy. Always am in most things. I work better with a team of 3 or alone.

It's pretty kick ***. The SP is pretty hard too(enemies have a lot better accuracy now). Also has new modes, one of which is pretty much what BF1942 was. I just which they had MP air battles like the one in SP. That would be awesome.

you know, the way people act towards snipers in games, you would think that if they ever went into battle in an urban, they would ***** about the enemy having too many snipers on one team.

Note: in an urban battleground like a city, snipers in well positioned spots can ptentialy make a good dent in the enemy troops.

...Huh? I thought snipers needed better survival skills than just about anyone. Seeing as they can be separated from the main force, and be in one spot for a really long time.

I am extremely conservative with my Amo... both in video games and with Paintball. I'll chose rifleman, just because I dont think I would ever make a good sniper.
