How do you create cool pictures with paint shop pro. I am trying to create a nav bar with a bg image and i cant figure out how to create a awesome nav bar background.

I don't really use paint shop pro so I don't have any decent sites but hopefully someone else can post some. Remember that like a lot of other stuff it'll take time to get good so just be patient and keep learning. Hope that helped.
