The new remix theme by Harry Gregson-Williams certainly lives up to my expectation. We also get to see some of the boss characters (Sons of Boss) in this trailer. Disappointingly, the names of Sons of Boss pale in comparision to the names of the members of FOXHOUNDs. I mean, "the pain" (he can control bees?), "the end" (he's an old, decrepit looking man), "the fury" (uses a flamethrower), "the sorrow" (he cries blood?), and "the fear" (they better have a good explanation for that snake like tongue. Unless this guy is Gene Simmons or something)? We also get to alot more of Big Boss's love interest Eva. Finally towards the end, you see Metal Gear and then Ocelot doing fancy tricks with his revolvers.

OMFG

The Sorrow looks awesome.

On Gamespot, there's a a "making of" video that shows actors doing the motion capture for the game, you can see one guy juggling revolvers like Ocelot. Really cool stuff.
I bet you think that's funny, don't you.

What the hell? It says it's the "final" Metal Gear Solid game! They left 2 with so many unresolved storylines and plots!!!

Hideo Kojima, what are you doing to us...?

[EDIT: Wait a minute...what's with that guy at the very very end of the trailer? It looked like Raiden!!]

They're (hopefully) going to fill in all of all of those gaps that they left in the other 2 games. But so far, the storyline and the game look amazing! This game is definetly on the top of my list of games to get this season.

BTW, yes that does look like Raiden, and I'm guessing that is his dad. But that's just a guess...

Yeah, HCF, I suppose they could fill in many of the plot gaps/holes/etc. in this chapter, with some clever writing. But, I mean...there was a whole other adventure there at the end of MGS 2! Snake, Otacon (and possibly Raiden, if he got his act together) had Liquid to chase down for one, and the Patriot mess remains unsolved...

I hope Kojima repeals his decision, is all...

The subject about "The Patriots" is going to be brought up again so don't worry; this chapter may fill in that big hole. As of the other issues, not completely sure.

Umm... look at the sorrow then look at sven goran eriksson, they're like identical.... I WANT THAT GAME! Ocelot looks odd, that guy at the end must have been raiden, and i think i caught a glimpse of snake in uniform with the eye patch, excellent!
nope.

WRONG!

On two things(one is a minor detail):

1. That isn't Raiden, otherwise he would be an old man in MGS 2; I've mentioned it before and I believe that is his birth father(or grandfather....maybe).

2. Snake (really called Big Boss) has been seen that way plenty of times before.

No, I'm not a fan boy, I just know a good deal about the story, and I'm sorry if I started anything.

Well it obviously isnt that raiden that we all know and hate, but it was practically identical, and i know that big boss is seen like that many times before, but it just looks amazing with those graphics
nope.

Oh my GOD!!

WOW! WOW!! WOW!!!

Hideo Kojima has done it again. I can't believe how excited I am and how interesting the game seems.

By final Metal Gear Solid game, they mean the end of the solid series I think. Do you guys know that Big Boss's real name is Jack?
Just to note, I recieved my Official Playstation Magazine demo today and it had Snake Eater on the demo disc. The demo was based on off the E3 demo however. It was pretty short, but it does give a good impression of the forest gameplay. The camo is actually pretty easy to understand since the game automatically gives you stats to decide which camo to use. The demo was in Japanese so it was kind of strange hearing the British CO ("Major Tom") not talking with a British accent. One thing I didn't like in the demo was that if you kill an animal such as a snake or an alligator, they simply vanish and turn into a ration. When you eat it, you don't see Snake biting into the animal like the trailer implies. The auto aim (L1) didn't seem to work for some reason either.

Wow, I'd never played MGS before, I might for this. :D
DO NOT WANT.

This is amazing. I mean seriously, I had shivers going down my back watching this thing.
I can't think of anything to put here right now.
