If you don't know already, there is a Demo of RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 posted at the RCT website. I downloaded it, and it was really awesome... the demo itself kinda sucked, but the game (when it's a full version) will be awesome.

The reasons the Demo sucked.

1) you can only play for 45 mins and then it erases your stuff and kicks you out. Because the Demo is actually just 1 senario that is "become a tycoon" in under 45 mins. I assume that if you beat this senario, it will let you stay in the park and build whatever, but I don't know for sure cause the senario is so difficult.

2) Another thing that adds to the difficulty of the senario is the fact that when in certain views, huge one colored walls will show up and get in your way. Sometimes it's more of a tint that a wall.. yet others there are huge walls with a texture from the menu repeated all over this.

3) After a while it starts to get really jerky. (I hope this is an error and not just the fact that my video card can't handle it... yet I don't think this is the case, cause I have at least twice what the sys req. says I should.)

Are Demo's supposta run choppy?

Demos are often not optimised and hence can be choppy no matter how powerful your system.

Definitely gonna download it and check it out.

Promising. Coaster cam is pretty cool.

I couldnt figure out how to do tunnels! Hope I just didnt see them, tunnels and underground sections were really cool and fun things to add to rides.

ran great... basically i ran it at the default settings that the game selected+the AA AF settings i had set in the control panel

You can do loops on a Wooden Rollercoaster? ¬¬

The new system is going to take some getting used to. You can't have two windows open at once, it seems, so you can't have the construction of a rollercoaster open as well as the terrain editor..

Speaking of which, the terrain editor really makes my graphics go crazy.
