I think they've already "teleported" subatomic particles (or rather, teleported the information contained within the subatomic particles and exchanged it with the information within another particle). This is done via coherent light fields, nuclear spins, and trapped ions, using the Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen effect. It's going to be incredibly useful in quantum computer networking.
You'll be dissapointed to learn that 'teleporting' more than one subatomic particle at a time isn't going to be possible any time in the forseeable, for a variety of engineering reasons. However, the concept itself doesn't violate any fundemental law..
