Yes, at 82. Last I heard he was he had heart surgery and after that fell into a coma. I believe he was in that coma for two to three weeks before dying. :(

lol i laughed in his obituary article, i think if he knew that he'd know he'd left a good mark on society :) (yes a smiley face because he was a great man)

:( for him dying but he was an amazing comedian and had a very good career. also he seemed to have been in really bad shape.
