I love water.
2004-10-05, 8:18 PM #1
It really is a delicious treat. All of the things you can do to it, but yet I still like plain. I am drinking a tall bottle of the clear nectar right now. I feel vivacious, water gives me life. Who else enjoys water?

How do you perfer your water prepared? [tea, lemon, coke, tonic, distilled....etc]:D

Water=Groovy!
I'm not always a fan of plain water though. And I can't stand the bottled kind, but that's because we have good tap water.
It's not the side effects of cocaine, so then I'm thinking that it must be love

What kind of beer do you crave? I like Guinness Draught and Heineken. Can't wait to get homebrewing.

Hoegarden, Boddington or Corona :) But if I'm short on cash, Blue, Bud or Black label.

Carona with a lime wedge is a very good drink. Most cheap domestics make me sick. Over here in Huntsville, a new microbrewery has opened downtown. Havent tried thier selection but from what I hear, its awsome. They have seasonal beers that compliment the time of year. :)

I'm still yet to try some Guinness for myself, but of course all I hear is rave reviews. Which reminds me--anyone that frequents the chat seen Skimpy around lately?

From Dr. Strangelove

Ripper:
[with his arm around Mandrake]
"Mandrake, have you ever seen a commie drink a glass of water?"

Mandrake:
"No, Jack. I can't say that I have."

Ripper:
"Vodka. That's what they drink, isn't it? Never water?"

Mandrake:
"Well, I believe that's what they drink, Jack. Yes."

Ripper:
"On no account will a commie drink water? And not without good reason?"

Mandrake:
"I don't quite see what you're getting at, Jack."

Ripper:
"Water. That's what I'm getting at. Water, Mandrake. Water is the source of all life. Seven-tenths of the earth's surface is water. Why, do you realize that 70% of you is water?"

Mandrake:
[nervously, beginning to suspect that Ripper really has flipped his noggin]
"Odd."

Ripper:
"And as human beings, you and I need fresh, pure water to replenish our precious bodily fluids."

Mandrake:
"Yes."

Ripper:
"Are you beginning to understand?"

Mandrake:
[laughing pathetically]
"Yes."

Ripper:
"Mandrake. [hugs him closer] Mandrake, have you ever wondered why I drink only distilled water, or rain water, and only pure grain alcohol?"

Mandrake:
"Well, it did occur to me, Jack, yes."

Ripper:
"Have you ever heard of a thing called fluoridation, fluoridation of water?"

Mandrake:
"Yes, I have heard of that, Jack, yes."

Ripper:
"Well, do you know what it is?"

Mandrake:
"No."

Ripper:
"Do you realize that fluoridation is the most monstrously conceived and dangerous commie plot we have ever had to face?"

You have no idea how long it took me to find that. My how I love that movie.

I recommend everyone repeat the word 'bunch' to themselves over and over again. It's quite amusing when it loses its meaning and you see the word for what it really is.

Sodium-free bottled water is what I drink 90% of the time. The other 5% would be juice (virtually any kind), and vanilla soy milk (usually just in my cereal every morning). I never drink soda, but occasionally I'll drink a Jumex nectar (strawberry, guava, and guanabana are my favorites), but they're loaded with sugar so I'll probably stop that soon.

There's nothing like water when it comes to quenching ones thirst.

It's dihydrogen MONoxide, and that stuff is very dangerous. I've heard of people dying just from inhaling one BREATH of it. It's insane.
