is one fun game for when you just feel like bashing someone's head in. I had a really bad day, so that cheered me up a lot.

I must have killed 15 people with the shovel this past time. The guns are cool, but most of the fun comes from using the meelee weapons like the shovel, tazer, and just pissing on someone for kicks and watching them throw up. :p How many other games let you do twisted stuff like that?

I particurally enjoy shocking people with the tazer and then decapitating them with the shovel when they fall. :evil grin:

So to make this thread legit, how many people here enjoy playing this game?

a time limited demo... but i've been told there are ways around the time limit... which still limits you to a specific area of the game

you also need a semi-decent card to play this game right. I tried playing it on my onboard graphics, and although it worked on low detail, it was wildly unstable and the game crashed when I tried using a gun.

It works fine on my radeon 9200, though.

I quite enjoyed it. I especially enjoyed kicking people, cutting in line, and walking around with my fly open. :)

Did anyone check out the name of the gay bar? I also love how when you cut somebody in line in the convenience store, the person starts cussing you out.

There's a way to get rid of the time limit in the demo... there's a command for the console, but I can't remember it. I'm sure it's on gamefaqs.com on something.

Postal 2 had so many things I've never seen anywhere else.. The first mission is for you to kill protestors campaigning against violent games. heh. also, blood and sick flows downhill! also, the fire effects were great, but only if you have a super-computer.

Generally, though, I thought they could have used a better engine. I didn't like the feel to it. Some better area-specific damage, like the SOF 2 engine or something, would have been great. Or some better ragdoll, like in Hitman Contracts.


And it would have been nice for it to be more freeform, giving you a variety of different ways to complete objectives (like Hitman Contracts). So you could complete the game without killing anyone, if you wanted.

I'm thoroughly looking forward to Postal 3. RWS would be crazy not to.

Take a piece of cloth or paper towel, and put some toothpaste on it. Spread the toothpaste all over the read side of the CD. Then wipe the toothpaste off with some vinegar.
