Yeah, in Multiplayer I don't think I've ever seen it. But I have seen a few rare instances in Single Player. I've seen more with covenant weapons than human weapons, but I HAVE seen cases where shots I fired from the human pistol landed somewhere I wasn't aiming.

I was playing some multiplayer Halo a few days ago at a friend's house and definately noticed some auto-aiming. The crosshair temporarily locks onto and follows a target if it crosses one, but just for a split-second.

That's just for Xbox. It only happens if you lock onto your target, but the crosshair NEVER leaves the center of the screen and locks onto your opponent for you. So it still takes some skill. :p

Dude, I play EVERY friday at my local comic book store, and I've never seen any form of auto-aiming. Unless you count my skills :cool:
