Lifting Weights

Good prices on lifting weights, bars, etc? No equipment, just weights. I'm looking for a comparison between the quality and price of different brands and materials (e.g. what the weights are filled with/made of).
I am looking for weights of:
5 pound (~2.25kg)
10 pound(~4.5kg)
15 pound(~6.8kg)
20 pound(~9kg)
And a 1 handed curling bar.

Depending on the weights, they're usually about 75-1.00 per pound. I've never heard of a 15 lb. weight...

But you can get a set of one hand curl bars with a full curling bar for about 45 bucks if it's Gold's Gym. I think. I forget how much mine was.

I never questioned their existance, I was just saying that's new to me:) And I do believe one hand weight loading curl bars come by the set.

And don't get the fat concrete filled plastic ones. They're crap.
Get the skinny solid steel ones. They load easier, fit better and allow you to load more to a bar.

You can get weights in:
1 1/4 lbs.
2 1/2 lbs.
5 lbs.
10 lbs.
25 lbs.

Those are for the regualr weights. Olympic weights have 35 lbs. and 45 lbs. plates as well. You can also get dumbell sets in a case and add weights as you need them. Jsut run down to hte local sporting goods store and see what they have.
