Actually, I think that if we're using some sort of punchcard ballots, this could work in Kerry's favor, as they're all K's; they'd just pick the first K.

Here in Canada, Paul Martin was being a real as*hat. We voted accordingly, and his party has lost much power. No feeling sorry for the lousy son of a *****.

Only the liberals. He did a pretty decent job. Liberals hate him cause he's conservative, and then some how forget that every one else doesn’t buy into the conspiracy theories they dream up. He did some good things and some bad. He was a pretty decent president, as presidents go. A lot of democrats, like you apparently, have forgotten that there are people who support most of his decisions and don’t believe all the conspiracy theories that you libs dream up. I think many of you are forgetting that your theories about Bush are theories not facts.

If you disagree with him, just tell us why. Don’t make hasty generalizations like “Bush screwed up”. Just because you disagree with what he does doesn’t mean he screwed up. You just don’t agree with him, that’s all. I think if you stop making generalizations, and blanket assumptions, and make more intelligent, informative statements of your position, and tell us why you disagree with his policies, you will gain more respect for both you and your party.

Say...taking into account all the racial slurs derived from shortened versions of the original words, e.g. Nipponese, would "lib" be considered a slur as well, or just literary laziness? I suppose it depends on the intent, which seems to be readily apparent in this case.

To be fair, probably half of the votes he got (including mine) were from people who really didn't want harper in power and were too scared to vote for the party they really supported.

Based on what? Your experience? The Vietnam War, the time directly after the Era of Good Feeling, the Civil War, and the mid to late 1800's during the Populist movement probably had presidents that caught just as much or more ****. But, you know, that's just a hunch. -_- And who do you think you are to chastise others because they vote for someone you don't like? They obviously see something in his policies you don't, just like you see something in Kerry's policies they don't.

How about you point out some of the things he's done that were good instead of making blanket statements like "he was decent"

I didn't want Harper in power either. I voted Bloc. I'm not a separatist, but I found that the Bloc would serve in my best interests, compared to the Liberals or Conservatives.


Maybe it's just the media that's more involved but I've never seen a President get *****ed at so much while he was still in power, and this, throughout his 4 years in office. That's what I meant to say originally.
