Hey gang, just wondering if anybody knew any good web-hosting sites. I live in England so unfortunately can't use 1and1.

I need the following:

- CGI/Perl support
- At least 1 email address
- Around 2MB space
- Preferably FTP access
- NO BANNERS/POPUPS

I'm looking to pay around $7 a month and it would also be cool if it was about $10-11 with a .com address. Preferably no initial setup fees.

I pay £2.50 ($4) a month for 500mb space and 5gb/month bandwidth with unlimited mysql databases, email addresses, subdomains etc.

Seriously, I know the guy personally, and he's ALWAYS online to help you out if you need it. Also, he has CPANEL! His web hosting is amazing, and cheap considering everything he's using...

Out-Post.net is more expensive than allabouthosting I've had plenty of contact with the tech support guys at allabouthosting and they generally reply within the hour (during the day), if you leave a query overnight the reply should be ready sometime in the morning.
