I know about PrntScrn, problem is you can only do one screen cap at a time.

Thanks SAJN, I'll try that.

More importantly, what do you need it for?
2004-10-21, 7:37 PM #9
Actually what made me think of it was a couple error messages I got at Windows startup. I've never seen either of them and I wanted to ask what they meant. Unfortunately, I could only get one of them and they seemed to be related. But it could also be quite useful for some of the funny ways I see people die while playing Frag Ops too :)

I might indeed. Thanks to you, good fellow.

No, it's not for Flight Sim only. You can use it with other programs. All it does is automatically save the clipboard to disk when you press Print Screen. For certain 3D games it may not be what you need.

Fraps99 is the last freeware version of Fraps (to my knowledge), good program for taking consecutive screenshots or recording gameplay... just remember, recording whats playing on your screen is major CPU usage... So if you dont have one hell of a comp, you might want to lower the settings on your game just to record things.

If youre trying to do screenshots of programs and such in windows, and you need to take multiple ones without having to switch to an image editor... I cant remember what it is (alot of good that will do you) but there is something out there that you can assign a key to and it will run over your other programs where when you hit the hotkey it saves 001.jpg ect ect...

Try google or download.com

That sounds like what I'm looking for. Just push a button, get a jpg.

As for what you want, I've never had a use for, so besides Fraps, I've never ran across such a program.

Alrighty. I got those error messages again today when I booted up but I hit PrntSrn instead of F10 so fraps didn't get the shot. Then I copied over what was in my clipboard before I realized it. Oops.
