There's nothing really new. They fixed the ghosting on one scene w/ the Tie Fighters...meh.

I saw them the day after they came out, projection screen, 5.1. The end of RotJ made m cry in pain :(

how could a few little changes rape your childhood memories? The last time I saw the original trilogy was so long ago I can't really remember what it was like.

The changes are not that bad. (Lucas didn't replace luke with a lightsaber-wielding chocolate rabbit, for example)

They "smoothed out" Han "dodging" Greedo's first blast, though it would have been "smoother" if Greedo hadn't shot at all. :mad:

Lucas inserted a Theed celebration shot at the end of RotJ with the city overrun with Gungans saying, "Mesa happy!" Yes, you can actually hear them say, "Mesa happy."

Lucas removed the old Anakin and threw in Hayden Christianson.

Aside from that, it's pretty much the same as the Special Editions.
