Spidey 2 Trailer

Personally, I think the trailer revealed a bit too much of the story (so dont watch if you dont like spoilers)... but the action scenes... wow. This movie is looking like its going to be even better than the first one.

Is this a new trailer, or the one we showed off in the IRC months ago?

No, I liked it... in fact, I liked it alot. I don't know why everybody thought it sucked. :\

(after watching the trailer)
Wheee! Looks cool... I don't know about beating the first one, though. And I just realized Doc Oc is played by the guy that was with indiana jones in the beginning of the first movie [http://forums.massassi.net/html/eek.gif]
(only reason I recognized him is because he spoke alot on the DVD special features thing)

Nope, I loved it.

Seems all Spidey fan-boys hate it, though.

The first one is undoubtably the best comic-book movie in existence. With X2 close behind.

It was good comic book to film wise, but the fights looked cheesey, and just it wasn't that entertaining IMO.

Nuh-uh!

I only disliked some of the things they changed.

... When the main character wears bright red and blue spandex, it's kind of hard to have the fight scenes not look cheesy

Trailer looks good. I liked the first one as well, despite a few changes that annoyed me.

It looks good, but I still think Spidey could look better. Looks a little too fake to me.

I think thats just the low resolution of the preview... Gollum looked bad in the previews for TTT as well, and in the final version he turned out looking great.

Actually I thought they handled that really well in the first Spidey, those some scenes were kinda wonky. (Such as when he's CGI and crawling up the building(s) going after his uncle's murderer)

Let's just hope there's no gimmicky "alley" scenes this time.

What alley scene? You mean the one where he starts climbing on the wall? What was wrong with that scene? The trailer looks good, it seems they pushed the release date up by a few days.
2004-04-09, 2:27 PM #32
No, the scene where it's pouring down rain and they make hot spidey-lurve upside down on the wall.

I thought that was the most original kiss I'd ever seen in a movie.

Yeah, how's this for odd? My parents haven't been the least bit interested in my love-life my entire life, and now that prom is soon my Dad all of a sudden seems concerned that if I don't find a date and go it will mean I'm a social failure.
I don't get it... I accepted that fact a long time ago, why is he just now realizing it?
