What I find funny is...when Yoda faught in Episode II, everyone laughed because he jumped and spun and flew, while us JK veterens know that Pic is the exact same way as Yoda.

About this picture though, Yoda looks angry. That's not the way of the Jedi. That's why I vote for I don't care, because it may not be his fault that he's angry. I don't know the full story.

I never once thought about Pic. Most laughed, I think, because they couldn't (or didn't) understand that Yoda's power in the force allowed him to overcome physical weakness. I laughed because I understood that.

The fact they made Yoda fight was one of their worst decisions in Episode 2. It didn't fit into Yoda's character at all.

I agree. Fighting is ill-suited for some characters. I could have accepted the beginning, the short force power fighting (defending), but the saber fighting wasn't even funny. No matter if it's the natural way for Yoda.

Better question might be... why the hell was he using lightning.

Yoda? He just deflected Dooku's lightning. Probably Yoda knew best how to manipulate force energies, so it makes sense.

I think, instead of some crazy spinning hoopla, yoda should have been some master of grace and timing, rather than speed and screaming.

Oh, and that picture looks like yoda is standing in a completelly rendered BG. I can't wait for more lazy filming!

darn right, he was supposed to be a wise elder not a little midget flying around with a lightsaber. that seemed kind of ridiculous. i don't he should get pissed off:

I agree yoda shouldn't have fought. It made me think even less of George Lucas. Now I know that the only way SW will live on is through the games, comics, and books.

It would have been awesome if he just used his force powers to deflect everything and such
