the whole point of a poll is that people are given a range of what games that THEY BELIVE are scary. it seems more people THINK that doom3 is scarier than SS2. that's their OPINION based on the games given in that poll.

the outcome is not going to be what every single person wants it to be... i mean if everyone had the same preference towards games, then there wouldn't be a video gaming industry. all the other companies would die automatically.

The atmosphere and the blocky models in SS2 made it scary for me. And of course enemies spawning and coming back from behind. Mm. Don't know about Doom 3.

you just said in the thread starting statement that the results of the poll were wrong. twice. when you just say something is wrong, it moves away from opinion and goes towards "i know whats right, and this isnt"
