I'm really curious to see if this plays out.

I was torn between my undying loyalty to the Pack, and my desire to see Bush win. I can't really be sad that the Packers won, seeing as how we are now .500 going into the bye week, a situation which seemed unlikely, to sugarcoat it. We honestly should have lost today, that penalty called on Washington was invisisble, at least from the replays.

"...before the U.S. presidential elections has accurately foretold the winner of the last fifteen of those political contests, going back to 1944."

If it's been that accurate for those many years, it's really hard to refute it even if there is so scentific or justifyable correlation.

Although I really do have doubts that Bush will pull it off. The left is soooo energized.
Code to the left of him, code to the right of him, code in front of him compil'd and thundered. Programm'd at with shot and $SHELL. Boldly he typed and well. Into the jaws of C. Into the mouth of PERL. Debug'd the 0x258.

This is just purely coincidental. What would a football game have to do with a presidential election? I mean, seriously, this is just a long-running coincidence. If Bush loses, I'm sure everyone will bring this up, but c'mon, anyone who believes this is some sort of indicator is being ridiculous.

The man who believes he can and the man who believes he can't are both right. Which are you?

I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

I dunno. A lot of the US population enjoys football. It would be hilarious if like 10% of a state's population was decided by who won this game. I wouldn't put it by at least a few people, but I dunno....just a funny though. I better get out and vote, it's important. *watches football game to decide who to vote for*.

If it works, everyone's gonna say "HA! I told you so!" until the day it doesn't work, and then no one will ever talk about it again.
The music industry is a cruel and shallow money trench where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There's also a negative side.

Coincidentially, the Patriot's reccord winning streak was broken the same day, suggesting that the USA PATRIOT Act of 2001 was weakening... (anybody notice how they've won the superbowl consistently since the passage of the act?)

Halloween mask sales, as well, have determined presidential winners. It seems Bush won that... Hmm, something's gonna be wrong. ;)
Moo.

Some baseball team's winning and losing determines if a democrat wins. They won. Kerry is supposed to win, now. It's NEVER been wrong. It'll be interesting to see which is actually foretelling: Baseball, or football? You decide.

You mean baseball and football--they're both omens that Kerry will win.
