Doubt it. You could make a new name, and then link to Alpha1's profile in your sig. The profile will never go away.

Nah, theres no way admins can edit user names. Forum scripts are too old and they dont support that feature. You'd have to register for a new name, with a new email address.

I think you should just keep using Alpha though... You'll probably still be visiting these forums long after whatever clan you are a member of disintegrates, and like you said, you want to keep your post count.

I think hes referring to the fact that blujay has paraded his "kop" clan tag for as long as anyone can remember.

Either that or he was implying that blujay could fix your name since he has ftp access, but I doubt blu would consider it to be worth the trouble.

Really though, if you want to switch names, jsut do it. No one really cares about post count OR registration date. Do you think GBK is recognized for his POSTCOUNT? Hardly.
