Yea well, after playing Counter-Strike: Source for a little while now, it is my opinion that the Source engine by far has the most realistic ragdoll physics ever seen. In alot of cases the way the bodies fall almost seem like they are actually animated. Here are some interesting screens I've taken while playing, that show what seem to be some exagerated effects of the physics engine. Feel free to post your wacky ragdolls from any game.
I could never fall asleep in that position.
Even CTs need to stay in shape.
