This movie is awesome. It won an Oscar last year and the animation is amazing. There is no dialogue at all during the film (and its over an hour long) which is an amazing thign to accomplish. Anyways I just love the style of the movie, plus the story line is good and its even funny.

Anyone else seen it?

I've seen stuff about that, really want to see it, though i ahven't checked for it at my blockbuster yet, i'm goignt to check next time, though, thanks for reminding me.

Just one question: is it satiracal? i got hat impression from seeing the suited goverment-looking guys, and that's my favorite genre.

They weren't government guys, but the whole movie is hilarious.

Yeah, those aren't government guys, but it is slightly satirical. I mean, the goal of the movie isn't to be satirical but... like, all the Americans are really fat. That kind of thing. I also thought it was a good movie. Very odd, but still good.

I think the movie is awsome. I saw the movie in theaters about a year ago, and I bought it on DVD when it came out.

I love it.

Technically there is spoken dialogue, like the Chirac caricature on television praising the Tour de France, as well as the waitress (No money, no hamburgers), and then at the end of the clips the "c'est fini?" thing. But yes, very little, and then everything spoken is redundant or can be understood onomatopoetically.

My favourite character must be the mad Italian barber.

Best use of a vaccuum cleaner in a soundtrack too. :)
