I have heard a LOT about people saying a new law has been passed that people born after 1990 cannot drive until they are 18 instead of 16. I was wondering if anyone can verify this information or point me to a link explaining where the law is in being passed?

I have heard about it, it's apparently already passed. Luckily, my friends and I narrowly missed it. We still get our licences next year when we turn 16.

This describes what restrictions are placed on minors when it comes to driver's licenses. It is similar to the standards placed on California provisional licenses.

I know some Texan friends that I can ask though.
Code to the left of him, code to the right of him, code in front of him compil'd and thundered. Programm'd at with shot and $SHELL. Boldly he typed and well. Into the jaws of C. Into the mouth of PERL. Debug'd the 0x258.
