I need to find a way to convert a .wmv file to .mpeg. I can't find a program that will do it without leaving it's ugly logo across the screen. Any recomendations are much appreciated.

Though I have never done such a conversion, but as a general idea I might suggest that have you tried to find suitable import (/export) plug-ins for some of your existing programs?
