What is the reason for some of this filtering, particularly with the two words "Juztyn" and "pwned"? I don't understand what the meaning behind who or what Juztyn is, let alone why it would be filtered.

As for how to break the filter, meh, that's nothing new. I've been using that trick when I wanted to get past a filter for what... Four years now? I'm surprised it still works after all these years; it was 2002, I think, when I last actually "broke" a filter. Since then, I saw no reason to, as I don't use profanity anyway, and I no longer had need to speak on such mysterious subjects that would be filtered for no apparent reason.

It's simple people. You don't use the lord's name in vain, correct? Too many people were using our Lord's name in vain, so we censored it.
