Best meal in the world, steak and potatoes with a good side of beans and bun+butter.
2004-11-16, 9:28 PM #2
I'm hungry. But I'll just take the buns and butter, I think. Maybe a nice glass of milk. :p

You should put spam on your meat list bud.

I like my red meats medium, which is not on the poll.

I'm medium. I choose medium because I can eat it medium rare or medium well without a problem, and places sometimes mess up and cook it to medium well or medium rare.
I can't think of anything to put here right now.

My poll has no room for wishy-washy.

Medium rare. It's how my dad always cooks it on the barbeque - i was raised on medium-rare meat.

Out of those options, I guess it must be Well done for me. The fire was invented for a purpose, after all...

Medium for me. I like that juicy flavor, but I also like to be able to chew the thing, thank you very much.

I won't eat anything that has a hint of pink in it. Needs to be very very well cooked.

Wow! I just put on t'other thread that I like my steak to moo, and then I came here.

The world is a fun place.

(Oh, and a rare steak is bigger than a well done one.)

I don't like my steak chewy, which seems to go with pink. A no-pink, juicy steak (hrader to do correctly) is my fav.

Medium well-done.
I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

Medium well-done.

Mooing. I'd rather eat Falafel (or any of the wide variety of other vegetarian-based meat substitutes) than consume the flesh and/or meat of an animal.
2004-11-17, 5:14 PM #21
I don't eat meat.

:(

I used to like mine medium-rare though. So medium..
2004-11-17, 5:49 PM #22
I like Medium or Medium Well with steaks. Hamburgers must be grey or with very little pink for me.

I was raised on Medium Rare, but I prefer steaks a little more well-done.

I think it's sad how Irish cuisine basically consists of potatoes and stale bread.

I like mine rare, nice and bloody, although 'still mooing' would be quite an experience.
2004-11-17, 8:33 PM #26
Well done. It's just more healtier that way I think.
2004-11-17, 8:36 PM #27
It's rare for me, I like it cooked on the outside, with a nice spice rub seared on, but dripping and tender on the inside. I intend to try steak tartar sometime though (Raw)
2004-11-17, 9:11 PM #28
Medium rare, with just the right amount of spices rubbed in. Must be tender, juicy, and must melt in your mouth. Ah, delicious...
