Well to be more accurately, at 6:00 PM PST will I be truly 23. But why not wait until then.

Oh and I have an 85% chance of spending this birthday all alone @ home. Two friends of mine are out of town. One is trying to pursue a girl. The other is at Disneyland. I was invited to go, but lo! I must work today. How about that. I may have some hope of doing something tonight. Needless to say I'm a little perturbed. Oh well.
